Statkraft Ireland has been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women in Ireland in 2024. This is the second time that the company has been recognised for the award.
The Best Workplaces for Women™ programme recognises organisations which create positive and supportive workplaces by ensuring that female staff members are treated fairly when it comes to pay; training and promotion opportunities; taking time off for childcare or other family commitments, and where they are encouraged, empowered, and supported to do their best work.

What defines us
One of the key qualities that makes Statkraft a great place to work is the environment that we have created. This is one of trust and autonomy and something the team is very proud and protective of.

This is our third year being recognised as a Great Place to Work, and our first year in the medium-sized category so to be ranked number 2 is fantastic.
Statkraft first came into Ireland just over five years ago and the growth of the company, and the whole renewables industry, has been astounding. When a company grows, it is vital to maintain a sense of camaraderie and trust, so these results mean a huge amount to us.

Great Place to Work® is an internationally active research and consulting institute that supports companies in around 60 countries in developing their corporate and workplace culture.
Every year, Great Place to Work® certifies the workplace and the culture of companies based on anonymous employee surveys and analyzes of HR work.
